Pros
Good PTO and health benefits (great actually). Fully remote (but this is also a CON for this company).
Cons
Resource Innovations has strong intentions as a company, but there are several challenges worth noting. First, the fully remote structure creates significant communication gaps. Important information often travels slowly or inconsistently, which can make cross-functional alignment difficult. Teams/individuals often operate in silos, and the lack of clear, timely communication can turn routine tasks into unnecessary fire drills. Additionally, the company’s steady stream of acquisitions compounds these issues. Each new acquisition adds another layer of systems, processes, and complexities (with little time for proper integration). This results in a constantly shifting operational landscape where teams are juggling multiple platforms, incomplete data, and unclear ownership. The pace and volume of changes create long hours, repeated manual work, and avoidable rework. Finally, workload distribution can feel uneven. While some team members manage a reasonable workload, others are stretched thin and nearing burnout. The pressure to keep up with acquisition-driven demands, coupled with communication challenges, leaves certain employees overworked and operating at their limit. Overall, Resource Innovations has potential, but the communication gaps, acquisition overload, and inconsistent workload balance make it a difficult environment. I would avoid this company if you can.
