- As I stated on my job interview, I wanted a full time job, not a short term one, that was what I was working with and did NOT want to continue. It was short term, only for the duration of the project. Discovered I was "displaced" after the project was over. Also was offered the opportunity to travel abroad during my tenure and was the only one in the project that did not went to Saudi Arabia for the implementation. - No clear tasks. Manager was never available. - Was designated to a project in a bank, which I stated clearly to its manager that the job was not fully done by me. But my regional director told me I used to "dress well", so I was fit to the job, and this project's manager liked to tell me about his workout routine while we chatted about the job. Apparently I was not fit to work there because I didn't go out with him. - Regarding my firing, the HR misinformed me of the value I should be reimbursed. In the overall amount and in when I would be receiving which parcel. Literally made me not be able to pay my bills and lose the place where I was living. I also missed a wholemonthly salary's worth, because she did not informed my I was entitled to another month. - I was on 2012 and 2013. I was literally going through the worst situation on my family and managed to pull through this job. It's unbelievable the damage some people make others go through.

The consultancy haves huge clients, allowing interesting projects to be developed. The net profit is also very nice, but it comes with absolutely no benefits.

The management and direction of the company is too much disorganized. They have an awful payment method. They don't really care about the worker, neither the client - just the profit. The unstable environment creates high turnover and the professionals aren't very skilled.
