Pros
The company pushes people to perform. If you aren't made for them, you won't be pushed on or given extra unnecessary chances.
Cons
Management struggled to handle staff so they started terrorising and driving a fear culture. KPIs for everything to the point where people have to justify every penny spent and and defend every action. Micro management. Everyone knows that the moment someone gets more reviews than their peers, they are pretty much out the door.
