Pros

RDI is a great place to work, especially if you're starting out in your field. There are a lot of more experienced employees, and the team structure for projects mean that you can glean a lot of information from coworkers, who are all ready, willing and able to help. Project managers are also wonderful. They give a lot of latitude on how you get the work done, as long as it gets done. Very flexible. They have a big commitment to work/life balance and make sure that all employees - from the top on down have the same access to working from home or elsewhere offsite if needed.

Cons

Benefits could be a little more robust, but they have been getting better. In the short time I've work there, they added short term disability, which they previously didn't have.

Pros

- Great pay and very interesting work - Management structure is not complicated, if you want to talk to someone higher up about something, you pretty much always can - Very supportive and diverse environment. Many of the senior management and executive board are women. Personally I began my gender transition here and the CEO herself and all of upper management really was incredibly supportive, I would not be who I am today without these people - The employees really do come first. I had talks with management about how the company would handle financial issues out of my own curiosity. Not only did they sincerely address my inquiries, but each and every measure and plan centered around keeping things stable for employees

Cons

- It is work based around contracts so the flow of work can be stressful at points but overall there was always someone to talk to when you needed to meaningfully effect change

Pros

- Great Co-Workers - Interesting, frequently changing work - Fully transparent management and strategies - Career growth - Professional growth - Hybrid schedule if not deployed onsite full time - Work life balance is not only respected but it is expected. You will never work over 40 hours a week unless you want to.

Cons

- Lower than average salaries, which could change in the near future per management. - Raises are capped at 5% and will only come during your annual review. If you attain a promotion, your pay will most likely be moved as well. - Some might see this as a con, I see it as a pro but most don't share my thinking so I will put it here; Standard here are extremely high. For what they ask of a senior is something you would find most leaders in the IT field unable to do consistently. You have to be on your A game every day here.
