      Pros

      Amazing people, customers, and cause. The associates in the store are hard working, selfless, and passionate about helping teachers, truly something special.

      Cons

      New CEO, Sarah, is driving the company into the ground. Communication is lacking, unclear, and the people and the company are showing signs of wear. You can see it in her eyes, she is just in over her head. I hope Sarah can get things back on track before the company has to undergo more layoffs and morale hits.
