Pros
Culture is very entrepreneurial, management models enthusiasm by working very hard. Management is trying to listen and find ways to grow, experiment, and improve. If some of their current bets win there may be explosive growth and a big payoff. Several of the recent management hires are very good.
Cons
Turnover was high in 2010 although it seems to have improved in 2011. Product development has been reactive in the past although the company seems to be focused on this now. There is no talent development process so people development is ad hoc. Strategy is also ad hoc.
