It changed hands close to when I started (a few years ago) and has improved dramatically. The management is great. They understand that their employees are people with their own lives and struggles and do their best to accommodate. This company has given me opportunities I would have never gotten anywhere else. They care more about your work ethic than education or fancy titles and want to see you improve!
Cons
The company is growing and evolving so there are still a lot of kinks in the system to work out. There are always inconsistencies and unfairness in any company that get people's blood boiling. There are some seriously busy times of the year and some seriously slow times of the year. This company has "no fat", meaning it feels like we are operating with a skeleton crew. A lot of hard work is expected of every employee and extra hours are expected of most positions.
