Unfortunately, the work environment is incredibly toxic. Goals are constantly changing, often being set a week into the month, and even when you meet them, achieving them is subject to the manager’s discretion. Favoritism plays a large role in whether your success is acknowledged or dismissed. There is also a striking lack of diversity within the company, which further contributes to the exclusionary culture. The benefits offered are bare minimum and there’s absolutely no room for growth within the company. Work-life balance is nonexistent, especially during the busy summer season (June-August), when you're expected to work weekends regularly. The CEO demonstrates a blatant lack of respect for personal time, frequently sending Slack messages at all hours of the day and night, creating unnecessary stress and urgency. Overall, while the product has potential, the poor management, lack of support, and toxic culture make it a place I cannot recommend to anyone looking for a healthy work environment.
