No team work within, biased attitude , politics, lobbyism, no transparency . No work ethics at all. The senior management takes decision on the basis of whims- no valid reason provided for termination . Dubious character of the team lead who is biased . No KT, no knowledge sharing, no proper communication but at the end of the day one is expected to perform from day 1. No respect for someone who is joining new. Toxic environment to work. Do not go by their outside face- all fake.
