      Pros

      Good leadership that is very accessible due to the smaller size of the company. ICs are great humans to work with. Office culture is fun. I have lots of opportunities to build things where I can see the direct impact of my work. I'm given a lot of freedom, agency, and trust over my work.

      Employee perks/amenities are not as strong as larger tech companies
