The start-up is on a mission to simplify renting homes and provide tailor-made solutions for tenants. The team's enthusiasm for this vision is infectious, and it is evident that they genuinely care about making a positive impact in the rental market. The company culture is warm and inclusive, with a small but mighty team that encourages collaboration, innovation, and creativity. From the beginning, I was entrusted with meaningful responsibilities, leading projects and diving deep into the company's journey. Having that trust and ownership has really ramped up my growth as a designer.

Where it is a small team, there may be times where you may have to wear multiple hats. Although the work is rewarding it can get a little stressful at times - organisation is key! This is pretty common at startups, my advice is just to be kind to yourself, take mini breaks when needed, and you'll be more than fine!

Resooma has been such a great company to work for. Even though ive worked from home the entire time, ive really felt connected to the team. Resooma does a great job of keeping you in the loop as well as being friendly and respectable. All the training necessary was provided and more - was offered some UDemy courses too which I appreciated.

No Cons - great experience.
