Pros
HR able to organise some events such as soccer games, D&D. 13th month Bonus. Big canteen with 2 stalls selling Chinese & Muslim food.
Cons
Promotion purely by relationships. Most promotions are based on ‘YES MAN’ rather than capabilities. Supervisors hold too much authority which some Engineers face some challenges. Too many supervisors which leads some ‘demoted’ to do maintenance role. HR are ‘powerless’ towards high overturn employment. HR are quite useless to retain staffs.
