Pros
Ability to work remotely. The 90% of the staff is a team environment, especially those who have been around for several years. I made many friends while working at gen-E.
Cons
The stability of the company is very concerning. When the CEO and upper management came in they cleaned house. Unfortunately, no one knows when it will stop. The Resolve product works but so do many others in its space. I think the market has spoken on Resolve and that the company will either be sold or fold in the next year or two.
