Great staff, everybody in the same boat.
Cons
Management does not care about employee, just about profit margin. They say agile, but we do not follow proper processes. One delivery manager will be accountable for the complete project, with a technical team who will not support you. Software is outdated, very code focused. You are expected to work 10-12 hours on weekdays.
