Experience overall is very dependent on the team and your manager. Most of the team is great. High-growth business. The wellness days are nice. RRSP matching.

Very intense workplace, everyone is under pressure to perform all the time. High expectations with low support. They are increasing AI integration and using that as a way to try to make the team leaner. Benefits and pay are meh, considering the expectations, complexity and size of the company. Benefits have been reduced over the past year, and new employees are getting fewer wellness and vacation days. The health plan is expensive, even though they pay half and pretty meh. The number of paid holidays was also reduced. Exec keeps telling us they want to improve how the business runs and make communication clearer, but the business is becoming increasingly complex. If you are not 100% enthusiatic with their changes, they will just let you go.

Dynamic, exciting and fast-paced environment. Lot of friendly coworkers and supportive management.

With rapid growth there are challenges to stay organized and keep up with everything. Hours were a bit odd at times, due to certain things not being able to be done during regular hpours.
