My opinion - Registered Nurse Resolutions Hospice Employee Review

Very supportive leadership team, they try to manage your case load/area to provide a fantastic work-life balance, generous compensation for the occasional need to cover shifts, dedicated on-call weeknight and weekend nurses so NO ON-CALL shifts unless you want them!

Parent company is publicly traded and you are subject to their requirements. However, it is run like a mom and pop shop, local leadership has all hiring, firing, expansion, and compensation authority. Benefits are not the best, and possibly lower than comparable companies.

Their core value states : Always choose the right. A place that actually cares about the patients! And not only the pt’s needs but also their families; emotional and spiritual staff is in place, and they are wonderful. Most of their nurses and staff have been with the company since they opened over 12 years ago. You will NOT be over worked here, plenty of staff to handle the pts needs. They hire nurses for the regular work week, on call night nurses during the week, weekend nurses to be on call, and crisis care staff. Great benefits starting with 6 weeks of PTO/yr that goes up to 10wks/yr for employees that have been with the company longer. Company paid health insurance. Staff are able to assess and get supplies and meds for their pts so they are never short. Upper management are always readily available to help the staff, pts, and families. Just a wonderful company to work for! As a nurse with almost 14 years experience, I can assure you this company is far superior to any other company or agency I have ever worked for. You will have plenty of family time and time to unwind.
