      Pros

      The President and Director of the company work in the same space as the rest of the employees and act as amazing resources. They will always lend a helping hand and offer great advice that ultimately leads to your success. We are treated to regular company outings upon achieving realistic goals, i.e Braves games, Dave and Busters, bowling, etc. Having a mid-sized and hard working team makes room for everyone to be successful and, not to mention, a fun environment to be in. Commission structure is highly competitive with other companies and offer stock options, great benefits and an opportunity for a yearly trip to an international destination.

      Cons

      No remote options or flex time.

      Pros

      Excellent training with a strong focus on skill enhancement. This is true for both the business development and recruiting sides of the house. Leadership has developed standardized best practices and SOPs based on years of proven results that, if applied, work. Hard work and results are also rewarded with better-than-industry commissions and bonuses, plus a reachable President's Club trip and a special company Dream Goal trip.

      Cons

      Personally, I have a long commute to the HQ office, but I have been able to make this work for more than eight years now due to the flexible hybrid schedule leadership has put in place based on performance.

      Pros

      The company has done very well despite the economy and did not have layoffs while almost all companies did during this time. A clear career path with room for promotion.

      Cons

      Requires hard work and a good attitude to do well here. Hard to do sometimes when you work in the people business.
