      Pros

      Amazing culture. Management values each employee as a person. Serious about work-life balance, not just lip service. Salary and profit sharing are generous. Lots of talented and smart people. Growth has been impressive.

      Cons

      Growth has been so fast that it's been hard to keep up with some of the change. But ownership is very transparent and making serious effort to maintain culture and care for people.

      -You can learn a lot through many projects -Talented employees can share a lot of hard to learn skills -Flexibility in work schedule for engineers/techs -Unlimited vacations (which can also be a con): flexibility in vacation days if you work more hours during the year

      Cons

      -Continuity of the projects (which is because of the company position in the food chain and customer size) -Billable hours (as you can imagine)
