Pros
Some nice co-workers, they are not afraid to spend money, helped with daycare as well.
Cons
Owner/CEO is very arrogant, and puts on an "I know everything" show., which trickles down to some employees. The majority of environment is based on nepotism, daughters/son-in-laws in leadership roles, friends hired for positions they are not qualified for. No real structure\lack of human resources, and some questionable practices in regards to customers. Some employees will harass you, if you don't act in the manner they want you to, including childish name calling and insults. They also believe that throwing many at an issue will resolve the cultural problems.
