      Decent pay and some genuinely good people.

      Cons

      Job stability is a real issue. A lot of the honest, competent folks who actually cared about the team have been pushed out. Do your homework before signing up. Plenty of great people have been sidelined to make way for a top-down, dictatorial style. There’s a lot of favouritism and political games – people grabbing power, taking credit and covering up for management incompetence.
