      Challenging work in a collaborative environment and the company encourages external career development and training.

      Cons

      Layoffs occur every few years and are part of the company culture, leaving employees feeling unsure about their future. When they let someone go, they do not tell anyone.

      Good benefits and they generally do prioritize learning and growth

      Cons

      The politics and maneuvering are too much at times. It is mostly engineering led which means nothing really ever gets shipped.
