Pros
Lots of opportunity at ResMed. And the business is growing, in addition you can't beat helping millions of people sleep better. Sleep is essential to being productive and having more good days than bad. There are a lot of really good people to work with. The tech is great, and we are working to make it better, allowing the learning of new things, which is always good.
Cons
We are a global company and sometimes things don't change or move as fast as one would like. But, it is better than things changing every 30 days or something. Company is transitioning from a hardware company to a software company that also makes hardware (long journey).
