      Good benefits! Competitive salary. Dynamic leadership team.

      Cons

      The benefits are good, only if you can find them. The local site HR team does a bad job of communicating anything to the local staff. Many employees only hear about the benefits through word of mouth, even though already working there for several years.

      Good benefits and they generally do prioritize learning and growth

      Cons

      The politics and maneuvering are too much at times. It is mostly engineering led which means nothing really ever gets shipped.
