      Benefits and compensation were great

      They continue to make the same mistakes every five years. They refuse to change and the upper management has no clue what the teams do and make decisions for their pockets not the customer or employee

      Good benefits and they generally do prioritize learning and growth

      Cons

      The politics and maneuvering are too much at times. It is mostly engineering led which means nothing really ever gets shipped.
