      Toxic and unprofessional senior leadership team (Director and above). It was common for name calling, belittling jokes and broken promises. Targets rarely achievable and the pressure continues to magnify.

      Good benefits and they generally do prioritize learning and growth

      The politics and maneuvering are too much at times. It is mostly engineering led which means nothing really ever gets shipped.
