      With my time at the company we had the best culture, amazing leadership and my bosses were all tremendous. There was profitability, collaboration and minimal turnover

      As soon as you get comfortable, don’t. They have reorgs at least once a year

      Good benefits and they generally do prioritize learning and growth

      Cons

      The politics and maneuvering are too much at times. It is mostly engineering led which means nothing really ever gets shipped.
