- Poor management, drastically different management styles, including a few severe micromanagers - Difficulty hiring and retaining talent: significant turnover in my department and no one younger than 30 - No revenue-generating data science products - Company has a bureaucratic, mitigate-risk mindset rather than an innovate mindset - Less equity compensation compared to other tech companies - Lots of meetings, requiring coordination with teams globally

Good benefits and they generally do prioritize learning and growth

Cons

The politics and maneuvering are too much at times. It is mostly engineering led which means nothing really ever gets shipped.
