We need companies in every industry, but working for a company that helps people breathe is particularly fulfilling. Couple this with global cloud-based IoMT solutions and work is even more enjoyable. ResMed is a leader in its market, and it strives to continuously innovate so they improve people's lives. Sure, it sounds like a sales pitch, but it's the truth. I have been given many opportunities within the company and I appreciate working with a group of talented and caring individuals.
Cons
The flagship software is struggling to demonstrate clear ownership and it makes change more cumbersome than it should be. There is progress, but with the right combination of leadership at varying levels it could be catapulted forward much faster. Working with the EU restrictions is deflating - we all care about privacy and security, but this is next level stuff that seems to impede more than improve.
