Pros
Working for ResMed is a pleasure. Everyone is extremely friendly. The company has handled the transition to remote work due to COVID-19 with grace, understanding, and flexibility. They care about their employees. The benefits are great. Everyone cares about the customer. It's a great environment to be apart of.
Cons
Development teams often times work in silos. Management is always bringing up remedying this, but it's an ongoing issue. Additionally, company meetings/townhalls often times get political, which I believe is inappropriate.
