      Pros

      - Work hard and play hard mentality. Everyone is dedicated to their jobs but also very easy-going and fun to talk to. Your co-workers feel like real friends - Working towards meaningful products that really do change lives - Warm company culture, relaxed environment. Wearing jeans is very normal - Lots of team-building events and activities - Great work-life balance - Smooth transition for employees to WFH

      Cons

      - Frequent organizational changes resulting in layoffs - ResMed isn't taking advantage of tech advancements at all. Some practices are from the dark ages. - Management promote their friends over more skilled employees

      Good benefits and they generally do prioritize learning and growth

      Cons

      The politics and maneuvering are too much at times. It is mostly engineering led which means nothing really ever gets shipped.
