      Pros

      Great office and facilities. Great people and Culture. There's a lot of diversity and a lot of potential for growth. Promotes team efforts rather than individual performances. Flexible working hours. Good work-life balance.

      Cons

      Location is a bit far if you stay near the CBD - which might not actually be a con for some people.

      Good benefits and they generally do prioritize learning and growth

      Cons

      The politics and maneuvering are too much at times. It is mostly engineering led which means nothing really ever gets shipped.
