GITaaF - Global IT as a Fail - Anonymous employee Resmed Employee Review

Global IT is not able to trasform to a truely global organization. Fixed, old fashioned and protective mindsets block the global IT from becoming a global service provider and constant political fights within that organization additional to highly frequent org changes kill every bit of motivation in the teams and the regions. The acceptance of IT as a service provider within ResMed is still bottom of the basement and if the leadership does not cultuarally change, a change for the better is not in close range.
