      Great Location, Free parking, fantastic shop floor

      Too complicated organizational and reporting structure Highly unstable management system, atleast one of the top management members resign or move department every month Forcing employees to follow complex management goals

      The politics and maneuvering are too much at times. It is mostly engineering led which means nothing really ever gets shipped.
