Some very smart people Processes are very good and improving everytime The culture is on doing things right and with quality Lots of focus on testing, TDD is increasing, clean code
Cons
Focus seems to have shifted from long term to short term, and upper management might be lost. Projects cancelled and work force reduction of 5% Even after the work force reduction and losing people, the pressure on project schedule and finishing things have increased, showing a disconnection from upper management and the real work Good people have been made redundant Seems to be an increase of Boss mentality/micro management on managers, but fighted by employees
