      Pros

      Good work life balance, can focus on getting actual work done as colleagues are great and conscientious people, good team. Great location.

      Cons

      Not enough car parking for staff. Complexity in systems, and some inflexibility to blindly follow process.

      Good benefits and they generally do prioritize learning and growth

      Cons

      The politics and maneuvering are too much at times. It is mostly engineering led which means nothing really ever gets shipped.
