There are few but cons are more concerning now

Micromanagement is a recurring challenge. Employees are often expected to follow Manager's ideas without meaningful opportunity to propose or implement alternative solutions. Decision-making can feel top-down, and there is a perception of bias in how people and ideas are treated. Frequent use of @mentions and work-related follow-ups in Teams outside of normal business hours can also create unnecessary pressure and negatively impact work-life balance.
