You have the opportunity to be heard and make a difference The company is very respectful of individual differences and lets you be Great opportunity to travel, or not, whichever is your thing Management seems to have their heads screwed on right Good people are moved up, bad people are moved out
Cons
The standard software you get to use is seriously out of date. No recent releases here. The building is kind of in a dead zone, not much in the way of interesting stuff nearby. The floors are standard cube-farm, though that's changing with one floor having been recently redone.
