Constant change of directions. Instead of defining the company they constantly try to hop on “trendy” science. Terrible management who do not know what they are doing or how to lead a company. Unnecessary drama caused by a lack of culture fit and relatability to the executive team. Favoritism of certain employees because they have known each other a long time. Willingness to get rid of employees because they no longer fit the frequent shifting direction of the company or found someone better. Insane jealousy and inability to be happy for teammates.
