Pros
Varied clients means there's a lot of opportunities to learn and grow. Day to day interference in client work is minimal.
Cons
Salaries are poor. Bonus scheme removed. So many internal staff roles have been shipped to cheaper countries overseas meaning HR does not understand the UK working culture or the clients they manage. Delivery managers are more interested in ticking boxes and selling more to existing clients than actually supporting staff.
