This mental health care startup truly walks the talk when it comes to making a meaningful impact in the mental health space. Here are some of the things I love about this company : Mission-Driven: The focus on providing accessible and high-quality mental health care is inspiring. Everyone is genuinely passionate about the cause! Collaborative Culture: The team is supportive, and open to ideas. It feels great to be part of an environment where everyone contributes to the bigger picture and helps each other. Leadership Support: The management team is approachable and transparent. They truly value employee feedback and take meaningful actions to address concerns. Flexibility: The company understands the importance of work-life balance, which is refreshing in a startup environment! (probably my favourite part)
