The motive of keeping the attitude first than work is the stength in RIT. Emplyees are well recognized and rewarded depending on their performance. Management always help in pushing the boundaries of it's employees to increase their performance and encourage to do smart work.

Due to Covid19, understanding who joined where and whom they are working under has been not easy to track, if this improves there's other con.
