95% plus of my coworkers and our customers are a pleasure to work with. Company is growing and expanding quickly, so plenty of opportunity to learn and grow with those who are fully onboard.

Some (unwritten) policies and processes seem to benefit the sales team putting extra strain on internal support staff at times. Priorities can change very quickly, so if you are super flexible, it can be frustrating.

Residex was a great Company to work for. It was stressful which is normal in the Distribution business. We truly cared about our customers and employees.

Merging with Turfgrass. We basically invited a bunch of dishonest people into our Company. They screwed up the company and they screwed the good people. Very sad what happened.
