The company focuses on micromanaging the employees a lot, you're controlled all the time. Bad environment, the metrics were not able to achieve, the base salary is really low. Super stressful and doesn't compensate versus the salary range.

Supportive work environment; Team work atmosphere; Priority on promoting positive employee morale; Staff make an effort to be courteous to one another and clients; Flexible schedule contributes to positive work life balance; Positive work environment; Management is very supportive; Office is kept neat and clean

Cons

Some staff need more training on how to communicate effectively which would improve the quality, and quantity of work and productivity

Good people and nice walking area

Cons

Insanely high goals and when you get commission check that you get all of it. No communication, sales being stolen and given to the " house" or to other reps they like better
