Pros
The team is wonderful, and management does a great job at making everyone feel like a valued contributor. It's exciting to be part of the early days of growth in any company, and Resera is no different. It feels good to be able to really see the impact of your individual efforts and to be able to have a close relationship with everyone on the team.
Cons
It's a small company, so it can be a bit hectic at times. But when you believe in what you're doing and trying to build, it makes it all worth it.
