Learning opportunity is good, knowledgeable seniors and managers who will guide you throughout. Great way to make money for a fresher as their start salary package is good, but growth is zero. Interpersonal relationships with colleagues, fun time
Cons
Favouritism towards some employees No work life balance. Working on the weekends for free is normal here. Higher management is stingy. Employee retention rate is low at the firm, and this calls for concern. There is no employee appreciation.
