RII has a great work culture! My co-workers are knowledgeable and friendly across the organization. I am happy to be a part of RII. It is clear managers care about employees here. We are empowered, the work is interesting and challenging so it is a good feeling to be a part of this fast growing technology company. The work we do is important and meaningful. I can see we employ experts across multiple disciplines to ensure we deliver technology that is impactful to our customers.
