I felt very proud to work in such a beautiful place with such educated people. Products & services that are definitely worth the price.

After the NY location opened up, the micromanaging that was (apparently) necessary to keep that place on the up and up went missing. The management that was left in charge of the day-to-day seemed to not want address issues among staff and was more concerned about "not being the bad guy" than making sure standards were kept in a fair way,
