Worked Overtime and still got canned - Anonymous employee Reschcor Employee Review

They are looking for workers to get rid of their personal lives and commit everything to the company which just doesn't work. On top of that the machines keep breaking down and I had to run 3 lines at the same time. Didn't get a real discussion or a valid reason when I got let go. They just said my assignment ended. Place just sucks
