Pros

Decent commission if they actually give it to you, and pending them actually getting their commission policy straight.

Cons

Management definitely has favorites; you will be one until you aren't. The pay rate is not great at all, and they will not account for prior experience. Policies are there, but are they? Not a fan of their slogan; it doesn't feel like they will be able to actually support you and just leave you dangling. No one seems to be able to actually assist in getting things done right; the ticket system is insanely frustrating - have a quick question? You will need to submit a ticket for that, and wait potentially hours or days until a response is given, and even then, the response won't address anything you actually requested support in, and then boom, it is your fault. If you want an extremely high workload with low pay and disingenuous management, this is for you. Highly advise looking elsewhere if you are in the market for this industry.

Pros

They pay well, and I like the leaders on a personal level.

Cons

There appears to be a lack of clear boundaries with clients, resulting in client preferences taking precedence over sound operational decisions and the retention of strong employees. When acquiring assets and client relationships, the focus at times seems to be on unit-count growth rather than ensuring each opportunity is adequately funded and positioned to maintain or increase its value over time. Additionally, staff safety does not appear to be treated as a priority. Many team members have been placed in imminent danger, yet no security measures have been taken due to the client's refusal to pay for the services.
