It is a long process to get in to, if it were a proper functioning facility it would be worth it
Cons
Rules are broken not in place through employees and sad to say employers too . Clothing such as shorts, large earrings, fake long nails are suppose to be restricted for safety purposes. I've seen on the first day inside house, bare wires running on floor and nasty dirty floor where my lunch bag sat and poor disabled client's shoe strings both were left untied plus a loose piece of the metal covering inside van running on floor way sticking out in client area to sit needs placing back before a hazard happens
